arbeitende HECKER-Sperrdruckanlage
ist in Verbindung mit einer
Doppel-Gleitringdichtung überall dort
zu empfehlen, wo die zu fördernden
Flüssigkeiten abrasive Feststoffe enthalten,
zum Auskristallisieren neigen,
Produktverluste minimiert werden sollen
oder um beispielsweise einen umweltgefährdenden
Produktaustritt zu
verhindern.
Das im Druckbehälter von einem Gaspolster
überlagerte, mit dem Produkt
harmonisierende Sperrmedium erfüllt
drei Funktionen, die für einen
störungsfreien Betrieb der Gleitringdichtung
wesentlich sind:
Sperren, Schmieren und Kühlen
Ausführung und Konstruktion des
Druckbehälters entspricht der Druckbehälterverordnung.
Die Behälter selbst sind als Schweißkonstruktion
in rostfreiem Stahl 1.4571
ausgeführt und entsprechen höchsten
Qulitätsanforderungen. Die Behälter
können mit entsprechenden Zusatzkomponenten,
die auch nachträglich
installiert werden können, geliefert
werden.
This HECKER-locking pressure
system operates on the thermosyphon
principle and is recommended for use
in conjunction with a double-acting
mechanical seal wherever the fluids to
be transported contain abrasive solids,
have a tendency to crystallisation,
where product losses are to be minimised
or, for example, where an environmentally
hazardous escape of the product
is to be prevented.
The locking medium in the pressure
tank harmonising with the product has
an additive gas cushion and fulfils the
following 3 functions which are of major
significance for the troublefree operation
of the mechanical seal:
Locking, lubricating and cooling
Design and construction of the pressure
tank are in accordance with the
Pressure Vessels Ordinance.
The tanks proper are of welded construction,
of stainless steel 1.4571,
and satisfy the highest quality demands.
The tanks can also be supplied
with appropriate additional compenents
which can also be retrofitted.
Cette centrale de barrage HECKER
est un dispoitif foncontionnant selon le
principe du thermosiphon dont l’emploi,
en liaison avec une garniture
mécanique à double effet, est recommandé
partout où les liquides à pomper
contiennent des solides abrasifs,
ont tendance à se cristalliser, où les
pertes de produit doivent être minimisées
ou encore là où l’écoulement
de produits nuisibles à l’environnement
doit être évité.
Le fluide de barrage compatible avec
le produit est stocké dans un réservoir
maintenu sous pression par une poche
de gaz comprimé. Le dispositif de
barrage a trois fonctions essentielles
pour un comportement irréprochable
de la garniture mécanique:
Barrage, lubrification et
refroidissement.
L’exécution et la construction du réservoir
sous pression sont conformes
à la Directive relative aux appareils
sous pression.
Les réservoirs réalisés par soudage
de tôles en acier inoxydable 1.4571
répondent à de sévères critères de
qualité. Ceux-ci peuvent être fournis
avec divers équipements optionnels
qui peuvent également leur être adjoints
ultérieurement.
Questo impianto di sbarramento della
pressione HECKER, che funziona secondo
il principio del termosifone, viene
consigliato unitamente a una guarnizione
anulare a tenuta meccanica a
doppio effetto in tutti i casi in cui i liquidi
da trasportare contengono sostanze
solide abrasive, tendono a depositarsi
mediante cristallizzazione, si devono
ridurre al minimo le perdite di prodotto
oppure si deve ad esempio evitare
una fuoriuscita di prodotto dannosa
per l’ambiente.
L’elemento di sbarramento che nel
serbatoio a pressione viene sovrapposto
da un cuscino d’aria, e che è armonizzato
con il prodotto, svolge tre
funzioni, le quali sono importanti per
un funzionamento senza difetti della
guarnizione anulare a tenuta meccanica:
Bloccaggio, lubrificazione e raffreddamento.
L’esecuzione e la costruzione del
recipiente in pressione corrisponde alla
disposizione sui recipienti in
pressione.
I recipienti stessi sono eseguiti in
ghisa di costruzione saldata in acciaio
inossidabile 1.4571 e corrispondono ai
piú elevati requisiti di qualità.
I recipienti possono venire forniti con
corrispondenti componenti aggiuntivi, i
quali possono anche venire installati in
un secondo tempo.
