Brufonds Brufonds, société momentanée constituée par la S.R.I.B. et le fonds de Participation, s’est vu confier en juillet 2003, la mission de gestion des activités du fonds Bruxellois de Garantie. La S.R.I.B. gère les nouvelles demandes introduites au fonds, dont le très net développement rencontré depuis lors, confirme l’intérêt des indépendants et des PME pour cet outil. Le fonds Bruxellois de Garantie est un instrument de politique économique du Gouvernement bruxellois qui permet aux PME et aux indépendants un accès plus aisé au crédit bancaire. Il consiste à fournir aux organismes de crédit, moyennant le paiement d’une contribution annuelle, une part substantielle des garanties qu’ils exigent des PME et des indépendants pour l’octroi de crédits professionnels relatifs à un investissement en Région de Bruxellescapitale. Les demandes de garanties du fonds peuvent être introduites soit directement par le demandeur de crédit (le préaccord), soit par l’organisme de crédit (la garantie sur demande ou la garantie simplifiée). Brufonds is een tijdelijke vennootschap, opgericht door de g.I.M.B en het Participatiefonds, waaraan in juli 2003 het beheer van de activiteiten van het Brussels Waarborgfonds werd toevertrouwd. De g.I.M.B. behandelt de nieuwe aanvragen die bij het Fonds ingediend worden; sindsdien kan enkel vastgesteld worden dat zowel zelfstandigen als KMO’s interesse hebben voor deze dienstverlening. Het Brussels Waarborgfonds is een economisch instrument van het Brusselse regering dat de KMO’s en vrije beroepen toelaat om gemakkelijke toegang te krijgen tot kredieten vanwege de banken. Het komt erop neer om aan de kredietinstellingen, mits de betaling van een jaarlijkse bijdrage, een wezenlijk deel van de garanties te leveren die zij van de KMO’s en de zelfstandigen eisen voor de toekenning van beroepskredieten voor een investering in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk gewest. De waarborgaanvragen van het Fonds kunnen ofwel direct door de kredietaanvrager (het voorakkoord), ofwel door de kredietinstelling (de waarborg op aanvraag of de vereenvoudigde waarborg) worden ingediend. alle nuttige inlichtingen kunnen tevens geraadpleegd worden op de site www.waarborgen.be. r a p p o r t an n u e l BRUfONdS 238 BrUFOnDs j a a r v e r s l a g
