criada em 2008, para administrar o trecho oeste do Rodoanel
Mario Covas, a CCR é responsável pela administração de 1.571 km de
rodovias, em São Paulo, no Rio de Janeiro e no Paraná. Em negócio
concretizado também em 2008, o Grupo detém 40% do capital da
Renovias, concessionária que administra 345,6 km entre a região de
Campinas (SP) e o sul de Minas Gerais. Em 2006, ingressou no segmento
de transporte coletivo, com a criação da concessionária ViaQuatro, que
irá operar e manter a Linha 4 (Amarela) do Metrô de São Paulo, devendo
atender cerca de 1 milhão de pessoas por dia, em 2014, quando estiver
em pleno funcionamento. A primeira fase de operações do trecho deve
ter início em 2010.
