Guia Quatro Rodas among the ten best in Brazil. A poll that we took
with about three thousand people indicates that 86.3% of the users are
satisfied with our services. The results make us proud and they confirm
that we are on the right path, which motivates us to continue improving
the services so that users can take trips that are even safer and more
comfortable in the highways of the CCR Group.
In social terms, we reinforced our support for cultural, social, and sports
projects that benefit thousands of people in some 100 municipalities
crossed by our highways. The activities contribute to the socioeconomic
development of the regions in which we are involved, with programs
generating income, teaching basic citizenship, stressing education and
health, and providing better living conditions for adjacent communities.
Preserving the environment for the enjoyment of future generations is
a constant concern of the initiatives of the CCR Group, in an ongoing
commitment that will only be gradually reinforced throughout the coming
years. In February 2009, we created a study group on sustainability,
for the purpose of discussing and spreading good socioenvironmental
practices at all of the business units.
We want to thank employees, shareholders, investors, suppliers, and
other business partners for their efforts and confidence in our actions,
which will continue to be guided by transparent management and good
market practices.
