Winning the western section of the São Paulo Ring Road (Rodoanel), whose public bid combined a granting fee<br />
with the lowest toll rate. With the R$ 2 billion granting fee, the government of the State of São Paulo will invest<br />
in the southern section of the Mario Covas Ring Road<br />
