belezas naturais ele guarda. Com Machadinho,
pequena cidade no Alto Uruguai gaúcho, bem
próxima à divisa com Santa Catarina, não é diferente.
Provavelmente você nunca ouviu falar desse paraíso
natural, mas a equipe da Revista VOi foi até lá – 447 km
(quilômetros) de Curitiba (PR) – para desbravar a região.
Durante o percurso, a paisagem da estrada já impressiona
e um dos pontos fortes é a passagem pelo grandioso Rio
Uruguai, que pede uns minutos de apreciação.
Chegando à cidade, sossego, paz e natureza são adjetivos
que descrevem muito bem a cidade de Machadinho.
Se você gosta de tudo isso, já sabe, precisa incluí-la nos
seus próximos destinos de viagem. A cidade salta aos olhos
de tão bonitinha, com ruas novas, uma igreja matriz e, em
frente a ela, como em toda cidade simpática de interior,
uma bela praça. Mas vale ressaltar, não espere um centro
urbano, afinal Machadinho tem apenas 5,6 mil habitantes.

Probably, you’ve never heard of this natural paradise, but
the Revista VOi team went there – 447 kilometers from
Curitiba (PR) – to explore this Region. During the journey,
the landscape along the road was impressive and one
of the most charming points was the passage along the
inspiring Rio Uruguai, which merits stops along the way
to observe the view.
Arriving at the town, quiet, peaceful and natural are
adjectives that very well describe the tranquil little town of
Machadinho. If you enjoy all this, you know that you have
to include it as one of your next travel destinations. The
town impresses as a pretty little village, with new streets,
a church, and in front of it, as in all little country towns,
a beautiful square. But it is worth mentioning, you can’t
expect a sprawling urban center, after all Machadinho has
