essa não havia sido a primeira tentativa da família em
arrematar o possante. Jessé tinha tentando um modelo
V6 que teve problemas durante a importação.
Foi paixão à primeira vista. “Todo mundo na família
ama. Meu pai tentou vender uma vez, mas ninguém
deixou. Até minha mãe defendeu o carro. Nos apegamos
bastante”, conta.
Embora cada integrante da família tenha um carro
para usar no dia a dia, o pequeno Augusto faz questão
de dar umas voltas na máquina de vez em quando. “Às
vezes minha mãe vai me pegar no colégio, porque ela
sabe que fico feliz. E aos finais de semana meu irmão
sempre me leva na Praça da Espanha, tomamos um
sorvete e passeamos por lá. Acho emocionante andar
nele”, destaca.
Para os meninos fica a lição ensinada pelo pai: “ele
sempre diz que é não é preciso gastar muito em um
carro. Basta ser um modelo que a gente ache bom e
bonito”, enaltece.

it. My father tried to sell it once, but no one let him. Even
my mother defended the car. We are very attached the
car,” he says.
Although each member of the family has a car to
use in everyday life, little Augusto is keen to ride around
in the machine every once in a while. “Sometimes my
mom will pick me up in it at school, because she knows
that I would enjoy it very much. And on weekends, my
brother always takes me to Praça da Espanha, buy an
ice cream cone and drive around. I think it is exciting to
ride around in it.”
For the boys, it is a lesson taught by his father: “he
always says that there is no need to spend much on a
car. It just has to be a model that we feel works well and
is beautiful,” he details
