Nowadays it is not only required the development of the memorization of<br />

the information but also reacting to the information. The issue brought is<br />

the need how to educa<strong>te</strong> well prepared citizens, to cope with the giant laps<br />

changes that are taking place in the field of the <strong>te</strong>chnology of information<br />

and communication, consequently even in the organisational structures of<br />

institutions. What we aim to achieve is the creation of a new dialectical<br />

relationship through con<strong>te</strong>nt, stra<strong>te</strong>gies, and their education accessories on<br />

one side and the optimal level in the development of the subject, capacities<br />

and his contractor and realizable possibilities.<br />

All for one aim: Training the individual for a bet<strong>te</strong>r and more qualitative<br />

life, social and economical development, developing human recourses<br />

compe<strong>te</strong>nces in the appropria<strong>te</strong> level required by the democratic society<br />

and labour market.<br />

The method defines everything. The importance lies not only in the<br />

information but also in the way it is transmit<strong>te</strong>d to the student. On the other<br />

side, students receive information and knowledge through various means,<br />

of<strong>te</strong>n uncontrollable by the <strong>te</strong>acher. This vicious circle involves the whole<br />

society; therefore the whole society must contribu<strong>te</strong>.<br />
