1 ~ajna žli~ka <strong>in</strong>gverja<br />

1 strok ~esna<br />

1 spomladanska ~ebula<br />

1/2 palice »Lemongras«<br />

(Zitronengras)<br />

1/4 majhnega stroka ~ilija<br />

200 ml kokosovega mleka<br />

1/2 JŽ <strong>in</strong>stant - piš~an~ja jušna<br />

kocka<br />

sok 1/2 limete<br />

Priprava<br />

Ingver, ~esen <strong>in</strong> »lemongras«<br />

f<strong>in</strong>o sesekljamo. Spomladansko<br />

~ebulo narežemo na<br />

tanke kolobarje. V ponvi segrejemo<br />

maslo <strong>in</strong> dodamo<br />

sesekljano zelenjavo <strong>in</strong> piš~an~jo jušno kocko. O~istimo 1/4<br />

majhnega stroka ~ilija, ga na drobno narežemo <strong>in</strong> dodamo v<br />

ponev. Dolijemo kokosovo mleko, pustimo, da zavre <strong>in</strong> posolimo.<br />

Po okusu dodamo sok limete. Grebenaste pokrova~e solimo <strong>in</strong><br />

jih v razpuš~enem maslu na obeh straneh na kratko pope~emo.<br />

Školjke serviramo z omako.<br />

Chardonnay Sim~i~, 0.75 l<br />

V<strong>in</strong>o je pridelano po klasi~ni metodi iz grozdja Chardonnay. Vonj<br />

spom<strong>in</strong>ja na jabolko <strong>in</strong> skorjo svežega kruha. Okus je harmoni~en<br />

<strong>in</strong> spom<strong>in</strong>ja na akacijev cvet. Priporo~amo ga kot aperitiv, k ribjim<br />

jedem <strong>in</strong> ribam na žaru.
