1 ~ebula<br />

2 lovorjeva lista<br />

5 zrn popra<br />

1 koren~ek<br />

2–3 vejice timijana<br />

Priprava:<br />

Obrezl<strong>in</strong>e spiramo pod teko~o<br />

vodo, dokler ni voda ~ista. V loncu<br />

segrejemo maslo <strong>in</strong> dodamo odcejene<br />

obrezl<strong>in</strong>e, da zarumenijo.<br />

Zalijemo z v<strong>in</strong>om <strong>in</strong> dolijemo<br />

toliko vode, da so obrezl<strong>in</strong>e prekrite.<br />

Olupimo ~ebulo <strong>in</strong> koren~ek,<br />

zrežemo na kolobarje oz. na koš-<br />

~ke <strong>in</strong> dodamo obrezl<strong>in</strong>am. Zavremo<br />

<strong>in</strong> vedno znova razpenimo.<br />

Dodamo lovorove liste, poprova<br />

zrna <strong>in</strong> timijan, ter kuhamo približno<br />

20 m<strong>in</strong>ut. Fond precedimo<br />

skozi s krpo obloženo cedilo.<br />

NAMIG: Ribjo osnovo zlijemo v kozarce za vlaganje <strong>in</strong> hranimo na<br />

hladnem.
