Način pripreme:<br />

Plavicu očistimo i posušimo. Blitvu skuhamo, ocjedimo i iskosamo. Pršut narežemo na<br />

rezance. Na maslinovom ulju zažutimo češnjak, dodamo pršut i blitvu, začinimo i tom<br />

smjesom punimo trbuh lokarde. Krumpir očistimo, začinimo i stavimo u pleh. Na vrh<br />

poslažemo ribe, posolimo, zalijemo vinom i stavimo peć.<br />

Napomena:<br />

Riba se može pripremati i na roštilju.<br />
