Način pripreme:<br />

Odvojimo mekani od tvrdog dijela šparoga te tvrde stavimo kuhati u goveđi temeljac i<br />

kuhamo 20-ak min. U mješavini maslaca i maslinovog ulja napravimo svjetli zapržak,<br />

prelijemo temeljcem, zakuhamo, dodamo sjeckane meke dijelove šparoge, posolimo,<br />

kuhamo na laganoj vatri 15-ak min uz dodatak vrhnja za kuhanje, soli, papra i<br />

muškatnog oraščića. Uz gotovu juhu služimo kockice tosta prepečene na maslinovom<br />

ulju i češnjaku<br />
