Način pripreme:<br />

Ošišćeni svinjski file potučemo na foliji, posolimo, popaprimo, stavimo šnite pršuta, na<br />

njih kuhamo blitvu, naribamo kozji sir i zarolamo. Premažemo malo senfom, zamotamo<br />

čvrsto u foliju i stavimo dva sata u hladnjak. Režemo medaljone cca 2 cm, nabodemo<br />

na štapić i pečemo na tavici ili roštilju. Uz ovo jelo možemo poslužiti pole od krumpira<br />

na koje smo utrljali krupnu morsku sol.<br />

Način pripreme:<br />

Sve navedene sastojke nasjeckamo na sitno, pirjamo na maslinovom ulju, podlijemo<br />

temeljcem. Dodamo sve začine. Kuhamo dok ne omekša i propasiramo.<br />

Uz ovo jelo za prilog služimo pole od krompira<br />
