Način pripreme:<br />

Riba se očisti, krumpir oguli i nareže na ploške, pa se onda u duboki pleh slaže red<br />

krumpira pa red ribe, sve se začini sa soli, paprom, češnjakom i peršinom, zalije se sa<br />

masnoćom i polovicom vina i zapeče u pećnici, a na kraju zalije preostalim vinom i<br />

dopeče.<br />
