ИЗНоС И ВНоС НА СТоКИ exPOrTS anD iMPOrTS OF gOODS
XI. Износ и внос на стоки XI. ИЗНОС И вНОС НА СТОКИ Показателите, характеризиращи стокообмена на Република България, се базират на данни за износа и вноса на стоки от Единния административен документ при търговията с трети страни, месечните Интрастат декларации за изпращания и пристигания на стоки на задължените лица при търговия със страни - членки на ЕС, статистически оценки за необхванатите потоци при вътрешнообщностна търговия със стоки и допълнителна информация от други административни източници. При отчитането на външнотърговските стокови потоци Националният статистически институт прилага Специалната система на търговия. Обхватът на данните за износа (изпращанията на стоки от България към други страни) и вноса (пристиганията на стоки в страната) са съгласно дефинициите на европейските регламенти за търговията с трети страни (Регламент (EO) № 1172/95 и Регламент (EO) № 471/2009) и за търговията между страните членки (Регламент (EO) № 638/2004 и Регламент (EO) № 222/2009). Не са включени стоките и движенията, упоменати в списъка по Анекс 1 на Регламент (EO) № 1982/2004, Регламент (EO) № 1917/2000, Регламент (EO) № 91/2010 и Регламент (EO) № 113/2010. Стойността на изнесените от България стоки е по цени FOB, а на внесените - по цени CIF. Общият внос се изчислява и по цени FOB по методика на националните сметки на НСИ и Платежния баланс на БНБ. Географското разпределение на данните за износа е по страни, получатели на стоките, а за вноса - по страни, от които са изпратени стоките. Наименованията на страните и обхватът на икономическите зони са съгласно Регламент (EO) № 1833/2006 относно номенклатурата на страните и териториите за целите на статистиката на външната търговия и промените в икономическите зони от 1.01.2007 година. Критерий за отнасянето на външнотърговските сделки в съответен период е датата на оформяне на Единния административен документ от XI. EXpORTS AND IMpORTS OF gOODS Indicators characterizing foreign trade turnover of the republic of Bulgaria are based on: SAD (Single Administrative Document) data for exports and imports of goods relating to the trade with third countries, monthly Intrastat declarations from PSIs for arrivals and dispatches of goods relating to the trade between EU Member States, statistical adjustments for non response and trade under the thresholds for intra-Community trade with goods and additional statistical information from other administrative sources. NSI applies the Special System on Trade in reporting of Foreign trade statistics. The applied data coverage on exports/ dispatches of goods from Bulgaria to other countries and imports/arrivals of goods into Bulgaria is according to the definitions of European regulations relating to the trade with third countries (regulation (EC) No. 1172/95 and regulation (EC) No. 471/2009) and to the trade between the Member States (regulation (EC) No. 638/2004 and regulation (EC) No. 222/2009). The goods and movements listed in Annex I of regulation (EC) No. 1982/2004, regulation (EC) No. 1917/2000, regulation (EC) No. 91/2010 and regulation (EC) No. 113/2010 are excluded from Foreign Trade statistics. The value of exported goods is at FOB prices, while the value of imported goods is at CIF prices. The total imports are also calculated at FOB prices according to the methodology of National accounts of NSI and BOP of Bulgarian National Bank. Geographical distribution of the data on exports is presented by countries of destination of the goods, while for the imports is presented by country of consignment of the goods. The names of the countries and territories are according to regulation (EC) No. 1833/2006 on Nomenclature of countries and territories for the external trade statistics of the Community and statistics of trade between Member States and geopolitical changes that occurred and are applicable as of 1.01.2007. The criterion to refer the foreign trade transactions to a reference period are the date of issuing of a SAD from the Customs officials 244 Статистически годишник <strong>2011</strong>
