DGC-notat 27/28KontrolsystemFor at de enkelte producenter kan være sikrer på få en korrekt afregning forderes biogas bør, der opbygges et kontrolsystem.Eftersom projektet kører på forretningsvilkår, vil det formodentligt være optil den enkelte biogasproducent at vælge målesystem. Dette kan på baggrundaf ovenstående medføre en høj usikkerhed på måling af den afregnede volumen/massemåling.Et uvildigt kontrolsystem kan sikre, at de leveredeenergimængder bestemmes med en tilfredsstillende nøjagtighed, samt vurdereom målesystemet overholder fastlagte krav til usikkerhed og fejl.Det bør overvejes at nedsætte en arbejdsgruppe, der vurderer nødvendighedenaf retningslinjer for valg af målesystemer og udarbejdelse af et kontrolsystemfor afregning af den producerede biogas.
