The company will buy the biogas from the biogas operation companiesand sell it to local CHP plants and to another company that will upgrade thebiogas to be distributed via the natural gas grid. The gas trading companywill act in a market with other commercial entities.9.1.2 Required agreementsResponsibilities as well as financial relationships must be defined in a wayto satisfy all individual partners as well as to encourage all partners to actoptimally in relation to the entire system. In order to make such a systemwork as smoothly as possible a number of agreements between the differententities must be made.Some of these agreements are as follows.Agreement between the BeV leasing company and the biogas operationcompany about leasing of biogas plants.Agreement between the BeV trading company and the biogas operationcompany and gas consumers about gas trade. As the gas requirementsof the CHP plants involve substantial seasonal fluctuationsthese agreements could include seasonal depending gas pricesin order to match to match the biogas production and the local heatdemand.Agreement between the BeV operation company and the biogas servicecompany about service and maintenance of the biogas plant.Agreement between biogas producers and the BeV grid company regardinggas quality. The different gas consumers have different requirements.Therefore, it is suggested that the biogas quality shouldnot satisfy all costumers.
