AUF DER SUCHE NACH DER ULTIMATIVEN ERFOLGSFORMEL<br />
1960, mit der Veröffentlichung von „Mughal-E-Azam“, wurden die Karten wieder neu gemischt. Es kam<br />
die Zeit der großen Filme mit viel Liebe, Emotionen und Action. Es entstand die Grundform des<br />
heutigen für uns typischen Bollywood-Films, der Masala-Film. Die Geschichten waren einfach<br />
gestrickt: Mann trifft Frau, verliebt sich in sie, kämpft um sie und kann schließlich ihr Herz erobern. Die<br />
Stars dieser Zeit waren Shammi Kapoor, Rajendra Kumar, Dharmendra, Sunil Dutt, Biswajit, Joy<br />
Mukherjee, Gemini Ganesan, Uttam Kumar und einige andere. Welcher Film auch immer in dieser Zeit<br />
für das Mainstream-Cinema produziert wurde, hatte dieses Grundmuster. Und die Filme zumeist, mal<br />
mehr, mal weniger, Hits am Box-Office. Es schien, dass die geheime Formel für einen erfolgreichen<br />
Film gefunden wurde.<br />
