ERICH LACHER steht seit 1925 für Drehen,
Verzahnen und Getriebemontage.
Mit mehr als 80 Jahren Erfahrung zerspant
LACHER als Großserienspezialist
in Pforzheim im Drei-Schicht-Betrieb
Messing, Stahl, Aluminium und Titan. Die
Teile finden sich in Fahrzeugen, Gebäuden,
elektronischen Geräten, in Spielwaren
und auch in der Medizintechnik – um
nur einige Bereiche zu nennen.
system nach ISO/TS 16949 und DIN EN
ISO 9001 unterstützt, Kunden der Medizinbranche
entsprechend der Medizinnorm
ISO 13485. Kamera-gesteuerte
Sortiermaschinen mit vollautomatischer
hundertprozentiger Kontrolle realisieren
die konsequente Umsetzung des Null-
Fehler-Zieles. Im Sommer 2012 wird zudem
die Umweltzertifizierung nach ISO
14001 angestrebt.
Kunden von überall auf der Welt kaufen
bei LACHER; mehr als die Hälfte der
Präzisionsteile werden Jahr für Jahr exportiert.
Interessant ist, dass auch Firmen
aus den Niedriglohnländern wie
China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Indonesien und
Indien schon lange zu den Kunden des
Pforzheimer Unternehmens gehören.
Alle LACHER-Kunden haben den Vorteil,
dass ihnen mehr als 120 Drehmaschinen
und über 50 Verzahnungsmaschinen als
Fertigungspotenzial zur Verfügung stehen.
LACHER ist Partner seiner Kunden von
der Idee über die Entwicklung bis hin zur
Serienfertigung. Mit über 160 motivierten
und gut ausgebildeten Mitarbeitern
und konsequenter Innovation freut man
sich bei LACHER auf eine gemeinsame
Zukunft.
Das gesunde Wachstum wird über einen
Anbau mit 1.600 Quadratmetern Produktionsfläche
in 2012 weitergeführt. Mit
insgesamt 6.700 Quadratmetern Produktionsfläche
und zusätzlich 10.600
Quadratmetern bebaubarem Land sind
die Kapazitäten am Firmenstandort in
Pforzheim langfristig und ausreichend
gesichert.

Since 1925 the name ERICH LACHER has
been standing for turning, gear-cutting
and gearbox assembly. With more than
80 years of experience LACHER operates
as a specialist in large series production
in Pforzheim where brass, steel, aluminium
and titanium are machined and
processed in three-shift operation. The
parts manufactured here are found in
cars, buildings, electronic devices, in
toys as well as in medical products – to
name just a few areas.
