Our new technology – Metris RAS (Remote<br />
Assistance System) – offers a<br />
powerful communication and collaboration<br />
platform and brings as many of<br />
our approx. 27.800 specialists as close<br />
as possible to our customers. The specialist<br />
interaction takes place on several<br />
channels: hands free calls, screen<br />
sharing, video/audio real-time information<br />
and collaboration with worldwide<br />
participants. In addition, on the<br />
basic functions, ANDRITZ has developed<br />
the Metris Advanced XR Customer<br />
Service Application. The application<br />
leads the user during a remote<br />
call with a step by step automated<br />
animation through complex tasks<br />
by offering all necessary information<br />
right in front of the eyes. The mixed<br />
reality real-time support will bring<br />
our customers a big improvement for<br />
their industrial tasks. All information is<br />
available within short time due to an<br />
advanced cloud-based service management.<br />
With these key features and<br />
a hotspot guided training we can distribute<br />
new customer content quickly<br />
and easy when needed. The Metris<br />
software solution and the Microsoft<br />
HoloLens 2 technology allows us successful<br />
