Konsequent wird der Weg der akademischen
Nachwuchsförderung beschritten. Im Jahr 2010
gab es bereits 15 Juniorprofessuren. Auch im
Drittmittelbereich sind Erfolge zu beobachten.
Die Medizinische Fakultät, die Mathematisch-
Naturwissenschaftliche Fakultät und die Fakultät für
Informatik und Elektrotechnik vereinen den Großteil
der wissenschaftlichen Drittmittelstellen auf sich.

We will systematically continue the path of young
academic promotion. In the year 2010, as many as
15 junior professorships could be appointed. Also the
third-party sector proved to be successful. The Faculty
of Medicine, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural
Sciences and the Faculty of Computer Sciences and
Electrical Engineering represent the faculties with the
majority of scientific third-party funded positions.
