and pecks (<strong>with</strong> his beak)! Snarling, as he attacks:<br />
PENGUIN<br />
I think you're jealous that I'm a<br />
genuine freak, and you have to wear<br />
a mask!<br />
<strong>BATMAN</strong><br />
Maybe you're right.<br />
Penguin jumps down, off Batman.<br />
PENGUIN<br />
But in the end all that counts, is:<br />
Who's holding the umbrella?<br />
He activates his umbrella -- a long blade protrudes.<br />
In response, Batman pulls out his weapon: a palm-sized<br />
multi-colored button (like the one that lit the Gotham<br />
Plaza Christmas tree). A stand-off. But now, over<br />
Batman's shoulder, Penguin sees:<br />
Standing here -- what the hell are they doing here? --<br />
his poker-faced Penguin commandos.<br />

PENGUIN<br />
Batman turns to look -- and Penguin lunges <strong>with</strong> his<br />
umbrella-sword. Batman swipes at it, dropping his<br />
button-weapon in the process.<br />
Cackling, Penguin snatches it up. Aiming it at Batman,<br />
he vengefully presses the button.<br />
Suddenly an insane family of bats billows out of<br />
breakaway panels in the Batboat and thunders straight at<br />
the Penguin.<br />

Ah, you brought your in-laws. I'm<br />
sure, once you get to know them --<br />
