he HEARS updates from a fat Clown, his ear against a<br />
radio.<br />
FAT CLOWN<br />
The Ice Rink was torched!<br />
(then)<br />
The 12th Precinct reports<br />
offensive graffiti and a pharmacy<br />
heist!<br />
Penguin makes a fist, <strong>with</strong> phony fingers.<br />
PENGUIN<br />
Love to get my flippers dirty.<br />
Bust someone's skull. Eat someone's<br />
pet ...<br />
(then, a statesman)<br />
But action must be balanced <strong>with</strong><br />
discretion ...<br />
He moves back to his desk. Resumes writing.<br />
As we MOVE IN on Penguin, we reveal that he's adding new<br />
addresses, to his mysterious list...<br />
INT. SELINA'S APARTMENT--NIGHT<br />
Selina looks out almost longingly at the unfolding<br />
apocalypse below. Suddenly Miss Kitty leaps onto the sill<br />
and then out the open window. Inspired, Selina jumps up<br />
and goes for her Catwoman garb. As she effects a quick<br />
change:<br />

She crawls cat-like through the narrow gap, onto the ledge.<br />
