Directors’ interests in share options, Performance Plan and Co-Investment Plan awards
The options under the SAYE schemes were granted for nil consideration.
The market price of Speedy Hire Plc ordinary shares at 31 March 2012 was 27.5 pence and the range during the year was 18.5 pence
to 34 pence per share.
The prices of an ordinary share on 24 June and 24 November 2011, when the Performance Plan awards were made, were 30.5 pence
and 18.5 pence respectively.
