Dawson and the two <strong>Burke</strong>s were hencef<strong>or</strong>ward bound<br />

<strong>in</strong> the strictest bonds of friendship, and all three made<br />

themselves respected wherever they were known, hy their<br />

scrupulous observance of the Div<strong>in</strong>e virtues <strong>in</strong>culcated by<br />

the Church as the <strong>or</strong>acle of truth. After a few years<br />
