charges in placement there may be a request by the court for a Dispositional Review.<br />

The Dispositional Review is a thorough evaluation of all parties and the environment of the<br />

placement. His<strong>to</strong>rically, it addresses the background leading <strong>to</strong> placement and the placement<br />

goals. The conclusion must address issues of adjustment, and status of goals and objectives.<br />

The last segment of the report is the area of recommendations. This report serves as a baseline<br />

for review and must lend itself <strong>to</strong> updated addendums <strong>to</strong> supply <strong>to</strong> the court with necessary<br />

information during the course of the placement.<br />
