And bid hir cum to Gill Morice,<br />

Speir nae bauld barons leave.<br />

Yes, I will gae zour black errand,<br />

Though it be to zour c<strong>of</strong>t ; 40<br />

Sen ze by me will nae be warn'd,<br />

In it ze fall find fr<strong>of</strong>t.<br />

The baron he is a man <strong>of</strong> might,<br />

He neir could bide to taunt,<br />

As ze will fee before its nicht, 45<br />

How fma' ze hae to vaunt.<br />

And fen I maun zour errand ria<br />

Sae fair againft my will,<br />
