C. Fees paid to auditors<br />
In 2011 the fees for financial audit and other services provided by the auditor of the <strong>Group</strong>’s<br />
consolidated financial statements, Deloitte, S.L., or by firms in the Deloitte organisation, and the<br />
fees billed by the auditors of the financial statements of the consolidated companies, and by<br />
companies related to these auditors as a result of a relationship of control, common ownership or<br />
common management, were as follows:<br />

In 2010 the fees for financial audit services provided to the various Acciona <strong>Group</strong> companies by<br />
the principal auditors and by other entities related to the auditors amounted to EUR 2,587<br />
thousand. Also, the audit fees charged by other auditors participating in the audit of various<br />
Acciona <strong>Group</strong> companies totalled EUR 1,562 thousand.<br />
The fees for other professional services provided to the <strong>Group</strong> companies by the main auditor and<br />
by other entities related to it in 2010 amounted to EUR 874 thousand and the fees for the same<br />
services provided by other auditors participating in the financial audit of the <strong>Group</strong> companies<br />
amounted to EUR 1,353 thousand.
