In 2011 the sales of ACCIONA Logistics and Transport Services decreased by 8.1% to
EUR 714 million.
The reduction in the number of passengers in the Gibraltar Straits Crossing Operation
during the summer affected the revenue of Trasmediterránea, which, together with the
adverse scenario affecting the handling activity and other logistics services, pushed the
division's EBITDA down by 66.6% to EUR 25 million.
The number of passengers and the linear metres of cargo handled fell by 14.5% and
7.5%, respectively.

The division's sales fell by 4.8% with respect to the preceding year to EUR 697 million,
while its EBITDA decreased by 8.6% to EUR 55 million.
At 31 December 2011, the water backlog totalled EUR 4,783 million, practically
unchanged with respect to 2010 year-end.
