In 2011 this heading relates basically to the gains obtained on the sale of various concession<br />
operators in Chile and to the sale of the car park division (see Note 24). Most of the impairment<br />
losses relate to the Real Estate division (see Note 3.2-j).<br />
In 2010 “Impairment and Gains or Losses on Disposals of Non-Current Assets” included mainly<br />
the gains obtained on the sale of various real estate assets and the impairment losses on various<br />
assets of the Energy division.<br />
