In relation to these concession assets, even during the construction phase the Group recognises interest income earned on the financial asset, based on its effective interest rate. This interest income is recognised under "Revenue" and at 31 December 2011 amounted to EUR 35,804 thousand (31 December 2010: EUR 28,883 thousand). Construction revenue The Group obtains substantially all its construction revenue in its capacity as prime contractor.
