30 June 2011: ACCIONA submitted the full text of the General Meeting Regulations following the amendments approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting - On 30 June 2011, ACCIONA submitted the full text of the General Meeting Regulations incorporating the amendments approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 9 June 2011, adapting them to the recent legislative changes applicable to ACCIONA. 1 July 2011: closure of the Chilean concessions transaction - On 1 July 2011, to supplement the Significant Event Communication published on 18 April, once the conditions precedent had been fulfilled, ACCIONA reported that it had closed the transaction to sell the ownership interests that it held in the following concession companies and their operator: Concesionaria Autopista Vespucio Sur (50%); Sociedad Concesionaria Litoral Central (50%); and Sociedad de Operación y Logística de Infraestructuras (50%) under the terms and concessions indicated in the aforementioned Significant Event Communication published on 18 April. 15 July 2011: shareholders agreement - On 15 July 2011, to supplement the Significant Event Communication published on 24 March making public the approval of the plan to merge Grupo Entrecanales, S.A. and subsidiaries into ACCIONA, the Company reported the shareholders agreement relating to ACCIONA shares entered into by its two reference shareholders. 22 September 2011: composition of the Board of Directors - On 22 September ACCIONA made public the resignation tendered by the director Juan C. Entrecanales de Azcarate and the appointment of Javier Entrecanales Franco to replace him. 7 October 2011: sale of the Splau! shopping centre - On 7 October ACCIONA announced the formalisation of the sale of the Splau! shopping centre in Cornellá (Barcelona) to the real estate group Unibail-Rodamco for EUR 185 million. 3 November 2011: approved amendments to the Board of Directors Regulations and renewal of the composition of the various Board Committees - On 3 November ACCIONA reported the approved amendments to the Board of Directors Regulations. The dividend totalled EUR 129 million and it was paid on 26 July 2011. This dividend, together with the interim dividend of EUR 1.07 per share paid by the Company in January, raised the total dividend paid out of 2010 profit to EUR 3.1 per share. - Page 165-
