H.13. A Club to which such a communication is addressed shall be entitled within the
said period of 21 days to require the Board to exercise its power of inquiry under
Rule W.1 and to inquire into the reasons for the proposed disqualification and both
the Club and the Auditors in question shall be entitled to appear before the Board
when conducting such inquiry.
H.14. In the event of a Club’s Auditors being disqualified under the provisions of this
Rule, the Club in question shall as soon as practicable appoint other auditors to
replace them.
