7.1 Coolant filling<br />
Prior to <strong>start</strong>ing the SET Camino Generator<br />
Fill cooler:<br />
1. Unscrew plug at expansion vessel.<br />

2. Fill coolant in the expansion vessel until coolant becomes visible.<br />
3. Bleed at the water-cooled exhaust gas elbow (1) at the system bleeding screw<br />
(2).<br />
4. Tighten plug.<br />
5. If necessary, bleed the cooling circuits directly downstream of the pumps.<br />
After <strong>start</strong>ing<br />
1. Start the SET Camino Generator.<br />
2. Top <strong>up</strong> coolant in the expansion vessel.<br />
3. Check the cooler ventilator for proper operation.<br />
If the fist <strong>start</strong> was not successful, turn control panel to „OFF“ <strong>and</strong> wait for approx. 5<br />
s.<br />
Then <strong>start</strong> again.<br />
Look for leaks (re-tighten hose clips).<br />
