Mineral Salt Scrub Therapy
polishes skin to a soft glow while
providing critical hydration and
nourishment skin needs. Mineral
Sea Salts and Seaweed exfoliate
while skin-smoothing enzymes help
dissolve dead skin cells naturally
for a smooth finish. Natural oils and
extracts help stimulate the senses
while cleansing and conditioning,
and the added benefit of warmth
helps invigorate the mind and body.
contraindications
Do not perform this treatment
on skin with open cuts,
abrasions, or on recently shaved,
sunburned or irritated skin.
Not recommended for users of
any topical or orally-prescribed
acne, Vitamin A derived, skin
exfoliating medications. Do not
use on skin that is sunburned,
irritated, sensitive or has recently
been professionally exfoliated,
resurfaced or waxed.

step-by-step
All clients must complete a Body Mapping SM Consultation Card. This will help you
investigate the reasons behind your client’s skin concerns. This treatment procedure
cannot be effectively carried out until this has been completed.

Using a spatula, mix 2 scoops Hydro-Active Mineral Salts and 4 pumps of
Clean Massage Oil Base in a Body Pack Bowl.
note:
Customize mixture by adding 1 pump of Energizing Oil – Professional
Strength or 1 pump of Stress Relief Oil – Professional Strength.
Mix to the consistency of a spreadable paste. Add more Professional Strength
Oil, if necessary.
optional:
Ensure warmth by positioning an Infra Red lamp over the body.
Apply mixture to the right leg, including sole of the foot, and massage into skin.
Cover with a sheet and towel. Repeat on the left leg.
To remove mixture, start on the right leg, using steam towels customized with
prescribed Botanical Mixer. Cover with a towel and pat dry. Repeat on the left leg.
Apply mixture to the right side of the arm, abdomen and décolleté and massage
into skin. Cover with a sheet and towel. Repeat on the left arm and left
abdomen.
To remove mixture, start on the right arm, using steam towels that have been
customized with prescribed Botanical Mixer. Cover with a towel and pat dry.
Repeat on the left arm and abdomen.
Have the client move into recovery position and apply mixture to the back.
Remove with a steam towel customized with prescribed Botanical Mixer. Have
client lie on his/her back.
optional:
Wet Room: Rinse off mixture with hot Vichy Shower, wet bed, hose, or direct
client to the shower.
If this is the final step, apply Body Hydrating Cream or UltraRich Body
Cream to the entire body. Otherwise, proceed with the next treatment (i.e.,
Power Recovery ® Therapy or Nourishing Sea Mud Therapy).
