Troubleshooting<br />

a. The first parameter in the pdsession.login call should be<br />

My<strong>Mobile</strong>Service_dsCustomer_Settings.serviceURI. If your service name is<br />

not My<strong>Mobile</strong>Service and/or your business entity is not named dsCustomer,<br />

modify this parameter.<br />

b. The first parameter in the pdsession.addCatalog call should be<br />

My<strong>Mobile</strong>Service_dsCustomer_Settings.catalogURI. If your service name is<br />

not My<strong>Mobile</strong>Service and/or your business entity is not named dsCustomer,<br />

modify this parameter.<br />

c. Check that the Run JavaScript event is the first Load event and the Invoke<br />

Service is the second Load event.<br />

Web Browser<br />

Open a new browser window and try the following.<br />

1. The URL http://:8980 should display the tomcat home<br />

page. If not, open a proenv shell, type protc start, and press Enter.<br />

2. The URL http://ip-address:8980/My<strong>Mobile</strong>Service/rest will display<br />

available services. If you do not have any available RESTful services, you need<br />

to republish My<strong>Mobile</strong>Service. See the “Developer Studio” section on page 60.<br />

General<br />

Open the Windows Firewall and make sure port 8980 is open.<br />
