Mount Logan and Glaciers
For most visitors, a flightseeing tour is the only
way to feast their eyes on Mount Logan—the
highest peak in Canada—and giant glaciers like
the Lowell and Kaskawulsh that make up the
world’s largest non-polar icefield. Just beyond
the sight of highway travellers, glaciers spill
rivers of ice down these broad valleys. Hikers
can see these glaciers, located in Kluane
National Park and Reserve, by going on a
multi-day backcountry hike.
Alsek and Tatshenshini Rivers
Join an exhilarating rafting journey through
remote, unforgettable wilderness. Slicing
through three wilderness parks, the Alsek
(place where people rest) is unmatched for
its dramatic scenery and abundant wildlife.
The Tatshenshini is a Yukon rafting classic
with thrilling whitewater, lush forests and
glacial lakes.
