78 Silver Trail Time to Explore Duncan Creek Loop Don’t go back the way you came—visit Keno and then circle back to Mayo via the Duncan Creek Loop. This is a gravel road passable for most vehicles. Moose Country Watch for moose! The first 15 km of the Silver Trail past Stewart Crossing is a protected moose calving area. Slow down and watch for moose that frequent the swampy meadows bordering the Silver Trail. Stewart Landing – YG Bull moose – J. Schou Signpost on Keno Hill This is a photo opportunity you don’t want to miss! Visitors to Keno enjoy unique access to alpine areas, including the drive up to the signpost on Keno Hill. This famous milepost notes distances to cities around the world. The view alone is worth a visit and, because the 10-km road goes right to the summit, almost anyone can get there to enjoy it.
