Dänojà Zho Cultural Centre,<br />

Dawson City<br />

Dänojà Zho Cultural Centre (long time ago<br />

house) celebrates and shares the traditional<br />

and contemporary experiences of the<br />

Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in. Enjoy the cultural<br />

centre’s unique architecture and<br />

panoramic view of the <strong>Yukon</strong> River.<br />

Five Finger Rapids<br />

From the parking pullout, you can descend<br />

boardwalk stairs to the <strong>Yukon</strong> River to view<br />

these famous rapids. The three-km return<br />

trail and long stairway is well worth the<br />

Fort Selkirk<br />

Plan to spend a day visiting one of the<br />

<strong>Yukon</strong>’s most significant historic sites.<br />

A beautifully restored settlement on<br />

the <strong>Yukon</strong> River, situated between<br />

Carmacks and Pelly Crossing, Fort Selkirk<br />

is accessible if travel arrangements are<br />

planned in advance.<br />

The site is co-owned and managed by the<br />

Selkirk First Nation and <strong>Yukon</strong> government.<br />

Dredge No. 4 National<br />

Historic Site<br />

Visit North America’s largest bucket-line,<br />

wooden-hulled dredge and be awestruck<br />

by this massive machine. This National<br />

Historic Site, located at Km 12.3 on<br />

Bonanza Creek Road, is one of <strong>Yukon</strong>’s<br />

most visited attractions.<br />
