Jane Nasmyth 1852. Oil on canvas. 30 x 40 cm.
Jane Nasmyth was the daughter of Alexander
Nasmyth. She lived in Edinburgh and painted
landscapes and watercolours in the same style
as her father and her brother Patrick. Her paintings
can be seen in the Victoria and Albert
Museum in London.
