RATHBOXE GENEALOGY.
bom Sept. 24, 1764. Me died Dec. 13. 1808; she died March
4 1855. He was a cloth dresser and on his marriage went
to Milton, Saratoga Co.. X. V.. where lie built a dwelling
and cloth dressing establishment. He was the first of the
family that went to Milton. The year is not stated. In ad-
dition to his other business he was a partner in a saw mill
built by his brother Valentine, who followed him to Milton
two or three years later and had married his wife's sister
Love Redington. Daniel having broken his leg in the saw
mill, died after having suffered greatly for weeks. Good
snrgerv probably would have saved his life, but this could
not be obtained in that section of the country at that time.
The children were all born at Milton. Saratoga Co.. X. Y.
Daniel, then of Richmond. Mass.. deeded land to his brother
Valentine, then of Pittsfield. Mass: deed dated April 7. 1801.
Daniel was in 1805. major of artillery in Saratoga Co.. X. Y.
