until the Civil war broke out. when he returned to Rutland,
Vt.. and settled on the old Rathbone estate, which had been
retained by him until his death in 1S70. Children:
1- Henry Warner Rathbone, b. at Castleton. Vt., July 25. 1844;
m. Mary Kline, dau. of Martin N. Kline and Elizabeth (Howell) Kline;
she b. in New York city, July 20, 1853: she has a sister Nettie, b- June
25.1S60; unm. in 1S93; her mother was b. in Walton. X. Y-. Aug. 17, 1828;
her father, Sept. 27, 1825, at Germantown. N. J.: they were m. at Walton,
N. J.. Aug. 25, 1851; he d. at Middletown, N. Y.. Feb. 9. 1S96: her
mother is still living: her grandparents, on her father's side are Peter
Kline, b. Jan. 16. 1785; d- Oct. 18, 1S60; Mary Kline, b. Sept. 6. 1788: d-
Nov. 15, 1865: grandparents on mother's side are Simeon Howell, b. July
4. 1776^ d. Nov. 21. 1865: grandmother, Mary Howell, b- Jan. 19. 1786;
d. May 6. 1S67.

A. Fuller of Jamestown. N. Y.. June 19, 1838. He was born
May 24, 18 1 3. She died in Jamestown. Feb. 6. 1886.
He was the ^ son of Roger Fuller born in Hebron,
Conn.. 1 791. He was the sixth in descent from Samuel
J&*"* De Fuller, who came to this country in the May
Flower. The next in succession was Frederick A. Fuller.
who married Emeline Rathbone. After the death of Erneline,
Frederick married, second, 1889. Mrs. Marcia B. Marsh,
whose maiden name was "Marcia Bowen". daughter of Dr.
Silas Bowen of Windsor. Vt., he was living in [896. He was
aged 83: she 81 years: she was born Dec. 17, 18 14. Chii-dren:
1. Frederick A., Jr., b- in Rutland. Vt.. April 10. 1839: fought in
the battle of Platsburg.
2. Dudley B., b. Nov. 10, 1843. in Jamestown: d- in San Francisco.
May, 1889: remains were brought to Jamestown; he was assistant
surgeon in the United States army.
3- Wm. R.. b. in Jamestown. Feb. 1, 1846: d. in Jamestown. June
26, 1873.
4. Charles G.. b. in Jamestown. Aug. 9. [856; his business place.
