FIVE HEIRS GET $120,000 EACH.<br />

Parkersburg, W. Va., Dec. 31.—(Special.)—The commissioners<br />

appointed to make a partition of the real estate of the<br />

late J. V. <strong>Rathbone</strong> closed their work yesterday by awarding<br />

Mrs. Margaret W. Paden. Airs. Martha Ramsey Airs. Sophie<br />

R. Jackson, Peter D. <strong>Rathbone</strong> and J. V. <strong>Rathbone</strong>, a frac-<br />

tion over $43,700 each. These are the only heirs. In addi-<br />

tion to the real estate divided there is about $350,000 in<br />

stocks, bonds and other securities and cash to be apportioned<br />

which will bring the legacies up to about $120,000 each.<br />

The valuation set upon the real estate by the commissioners<br />

is considered very low. (A clipping).<br />
