gail Wilbur, daughter of William: she was born Aug. 21.<br />

1703; her father willed her £60. Joseph gives his son<br />

Joseph, 100 acres of land in Exeter. R. I.: given him by his<br />

father Joseph, with dwelling house; to son. Jeremiah, fortyfive<br />

acres, bought of John Eldred. also negro Primus, oxen,<br />

cart, plough, gun. &c. The estate inventoried £6.249.12.<br />

Administrators accounts £205.7.<br />

To his wife. Abigail, all household goods not otherwise<br />

given during widowhood. The improvements of all my lands<br />

given to sons. Jeremiah and George, while she remains a<br />

widow, or until Jeremiah comes of age; then his part to him:<br />

two cows, one horse. 10 sheep, hogs, use of room, bed-room.<br />

closet belonging to near room during said time. After Jereiniah<br />

comes" of age. I order son Joseph to keep her horse;<br />

son Jeremiah to keep her cows and sheep: I order son Joseph<br />

to give her two bbls. cider and one cider beer yearly, she<br />

furnishing barrels and apples, as many as she needs: privilege<br />

of well and greensward about my house and of garden; son<br />

Jeremiah, shall give her yearly after he is of lawful age, 20c<br />

pounds of pork, eight bushels of corn, five cords of fire wood<br />

at door; son Joseph to furnish her seven bushels of corn. 100<br />

pounds of beef, twelve pounds tallow, five cords fire wood,<br />

ten pounds flax, all this including thirds: son Joseph. 100<br />

acres in Exeter, given me by my father Joseph, with dwelling<br />

house; son Jeremiah, forty-five acres, bought of brother<br />

Benjamin, also eighty-six acres bought of Job Greene; son<br />

George seventy-seven acres; John Eldred. negro Primus.^<br />

oxen, cart, plough, irons, iron box. gun and cloths, rest or<br />

farming tools to three sons at 21 or the survivors. They<br />

shall pav my daughter. Rebecca. £100; daughter Ann, £100;<br />

and furniture and share of movables after wife, also share of<br />
