For a new pati<strong>en</strong>t, the median <strong>de</strong>lay is 7 days (no means are giv<strong>en</strong> as distribution was<br />

too skewed to the left), interquartile range 1,5 to 15, min 0 and 365, other pati<strong>en</strong>ts can<br />

in nearly all cases be se<strong>en</strong> the same day.<br />

Practitioners from the UHP see a median of 120 pati<strong>en</strong>ts a month (interquartile range<br />

60 to 200) and a median of 10 new pati<strong>en</strong>ts a month (interquartile range 7 to 12)<br />

Practitioners from the LIGA see a median of 15 pati<strong>en</strong>ts a month (interquartile range 6<br />

to 30) and a median of 3 new pati<strong>en</strong>ts a month (interquartile range 1 to 7)<br />

Practitioners member from both see a median of 80 pati<strong>en</strong>ts a month (interquartile<br />

range 50 to 150) and a median of 12.5 new pati<strong>en</strong>ts a month (interquartile range 10 to<br />

40). No means are giv<strong>en</strong> as distributions were skewed.<br />

Figure 2 shows the proportion of pati<strong>en</strong>ts consulting for prev<strong>en</strong>tive reasons, the<br />

majority of practitioners has around 10 % of their pati<strong>en</strong>ts coming for prev<strong>en</strong>tion.<br />
