where he lived until 1871, when he entered the University of Buffalo,
N. Y. He commenced the practice of medicine in Utica, N. Y., in 1872;
in Castile, 73 and 74; in Weathersfield. 1875. In 1882 he located at La
Foon and subsequently at Falktown, Dakota, where by his skillful and
conscientious treatment of patients he built up an extensive practice.
