AGR CONTINUATION BOARD (ACB) WORKSHEET<br />

PURPOSE: The ACB is provided as a tool to assist with reviewing career goals, objectives, and continuation in the<br />

AGR Program (not a guarantee of future assignments).<br />

PART 1 – <strong>Air</strong>man’s Personnel Information/Request. <strong>Air</strong>man will review/complete and provide feedback to<br />

supervisor.<br />

PART 2 – Supervisor/CC Recommendation. Supervisor completes and obtains CC concurrence.<br />

PART 3 – <strong>Air</strong>man’s Acknowledgement – Review of Recommendation. <strong>Air</strong>man acknowledges being briefed on<br />

recommendation and signs/initials prior to submission of ACB.<br />
