AGR CONTINUATION BOARD (ACB) WORKSHEET
PURPOSE: The ACB is provided as a tool to assist with reviewing career goals, objectives, and continuation in the
AGR Program (not a guarantee of future assignments).
PART 1 – Airman’s Personnel Information/Request. Airman will review/complete and provide feedback to
supervisor.
PART 2 – Supervisor/CC Recommendation. Supervisor completes and obtains CC concurrence.
PART 3 – Airman’s Acknowledgement – Review of Recommendation. Airman acknowledges being briefed on
recommendation and signs/initials prior to submission of ACB.
