PART 3 – AIRMAN'S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - REVIEW OF RECOMMENDATION<br />

I certify that I have been briefed on the above recommendation concerning my continuation in the AGR Program. I<br />

also acknowledge that I am aware of the AGR Continuation Board (ACB) procedures and have been provided the<br />

opportunity to review <strong>ANGI</strong> <strong>36</strong>-<strong>101</strong>, if requested.<br />

If I do not concur with the recommendation above, I understand I may submit a personal letter to the AGR<br />

Continuation Board (ACB). My letter may describe any matter of record concerning me that is believed to be<br />

important for the ACB’s consideration. I cannot submit letters or recommendations from other individuals. All the<br />

information in my letter must be accurate and, if called on to do so, I must provide evidence to support any<br />

questioned information. To be considered by the ACB, my letter must be addressed to the ACB and received by<br />

State HRO NLT 15 days prior to the ACB. I understand I have an affirmative obligation to carefully and completely<br />

review the documents that will be submitted to the ACB. If I believe the documents are inaccurate or incomplete, I<br />

must bring that purported deficiency in writing to the attention of HRO as soon as possible, but in any event no later<br />

than 15 days before the board meets.<br />
