Change the display name for <strong>in</strong>put source.<br />

This is convenient when the name of your device and the <strong>in</strong>put source<br />

name of this unit are different. You can change the name to suit your<br />

needs. When the renam<strong>in</strong>g is completed, the name is displayed on this<br />

unit’s display and on the menu screen.<br />

CBL/SAT / DVD / Blu-ray / GAME / AUX1 / AUX2 / MEDIA PLAYER / CD /<br />

TV AUDIO / PHONO / M-XPort : Change the display name of the selected<br />

<strong>in</strong>put source.<br />

Set Defaults : The “Source Rename” sett<strong>in</strong>gs are returned to the default<br />

sett<strong>in</strong>gs.<br />

• Up to 12 characters can be <strong>in</strong>put. For character <strong>in</strong>put, see page 159.<br />

Hide Sources<br />

Remove from the display <strong>in</strong>put sources that are not used.<br />

Show (Default) : Use this source.<br />

Hide : Do not use this source.<br />

• This function corrects the playback level of the selected <strong>in</strong>put source’s<br />

audio <strong>in</strong>put.<br />

• Make this sett<strong>in</strong>g if there are differences <strong>in</strong> the <strong>in</strong>put volume levels<br />

between the different sources.<br />

n When the <strong>in</strong>put source is set to “iPod/<strong>US</strong>B”, “NETWORK” and<br />

“HD Radio”<br />

“DIGITAL” is assigned at “Input Assign” (vpage 179).
