Equalities information for new build lets by housing association 2009-2010
Introduction
The Equalities Impact Assessment of the SHIP 2008 identified a gap in relation to
data collection with regards to who RSLs allocate their new build properties to in line
with the equalities strands race, disability and age.
The 2 tables below include information collated by Paragon and Weslo for 2009-2010
on new build lets.
